Synopsis:

Adam Cain and Mr. Hero travel to an alternate London on Albion. While looking for Mr. Hero's lost hand, Adam Cain instigates a storytelling contest between the Teknophage and an avatar of Lady Justice.

Neil Gaiman's Wheel Of Worlds #0 introduced the various characters based on Neil Gaiman's ideas: Lady Justice, Mr. Hero, Teknophage, and Adam Cain. With a cover date of July 1995, it predates the first issues of Mr. Hero, Lady Justice, and Teknophage. Two editions of this comic exist. The collector's edition presents several design sketches for Mr.Hero, Teknophage, Lady Justice and Adam Cain.
